Fantastic opportunity for an IT Project Coordinator to be a part of energy transition project to build sustainable green energy future.

Our client is looking for an experienced IT Project Coordinator to join their team on an initial 6 months contract(with a view to extend), located in Alexandria, NSW. Flexible, hybrid work options are available.

As a Project Coordinator within Client's Supply Chain team, you’ll support Project Managers in ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You’ll take us further by:

- Managing small initiatives along with the Product Owner, Solution Designer & the Business.
- Assisting Project Managers/Product Owners in keeping track of Project finances: capture forecast and track spend.
- Once created ensure deployment is tracking to the plan and raise concerns with Project Managers as needed.
- Communication: facilitate effective communication between the project team members.
- Ensuring that impacted Stakeholders are kept well informed of changes in advance.
- Assisting in Change Management tasks i.e. raising Change Records and following through with the Change Advisory Board.
- Maintaining a Resource Planner to keep track of current and forecasted resource requirements for projects, facilitating regular sessions to keep this up to date.
- Preparing thorough project documentation as requested by Project Managers.
- Creating and reviewing of reports.

**About You**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT Project Co-ordination.
- Finance management (SAP) optional.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Sound general IT experience including systemic knowledge of IT development, SDLC, operational and change management processes and methodologies.
- Experience in large and complex working environment.
- Prince II or PMP certification is desirable.
