**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Support the implementation of the health, safety and wellbeing initiatives, strategies, and programs that support the delivery of the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Strategy 2023-2026
- Promote and assist in the delivery of workplace wellbeing programs to meet the deliverables of the SCHHS Wellbeing Framework, including facilitating engagement of the Wellbeing Ambassador Network.
- Provide advice, assistance and support to managers and supervisors to allow them to achieve their responsibilities under the Managing the risks to psychosocial hazards code of practice 2022 (Qld)
- Assist in the promotion, administration and analysis of the annual employee psychosocial safety survey.
