Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.Some of your key responsibilities will include: - Performing a lead role in the design, implementation, management, and system support for the QSS SAP BTP solution, including addressing technical challenges, optimizing processes and ensuring the team adheres to agile methodologies. Keeping informed of emerging opportunities within the SAP BTP platform by maintaining up to date industry knowledge to provide expert advice within the team. Developing and communicating the technical implementation to the team and stakeholders, ensuring that technical solutions are aligned with business objectives. Providing expert guidance on the architecture and design of systems, ensuring they are scalable, sustainable, and optimized for both performance and cost. Developing and maintaining technical implementations that adhere to legislative directives and security requirements to ensure compliance and protect against potential risks. Provide leadership in a multi-disciplinary professional team, undertake tasks, mentor and support team members and contribute to team events. Develop and /or contribute to the development, implementation and monitoring of team planning and schedules, including the coordination of activities or teams associated with achieving the team objectives. Identify potential risks and dependencies related to technical requirements and work collaboratively with the team to mitigate them. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of technical requirements, specifications, and any relevant domain knowledge. Ensure that documentation is easily accessible and comprehensible to all team members.Mandatory qualifications and conditions - nil, however the following will be highly regarded: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
