We are looking for a Retail Hardware person, for a full time position to join our dedicated team. This person will also be our assistant manager

If you have the following attributes, we would love to hear from you:

- Approachable and confident communicator
- Professionally presented
- Able to multi-task and work in a busy environment
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift heavy paint tins and potting mixes
- Willing to learn

Previous hardware or retail experience would be advantageous.

This is a hands on role, working closely with the retail manager. Duties include but are not limited to customer service, phone enquiries, stock ordering, stock taking, inward goods, stock merchandising, store presentation, liaising with supplier reps, opening and closing of store, staff rostering and training, and general day to day duties with POS computer skills

Pay: $21.38 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
