Humdrum is:
A nationally registered NDIS provider with a mission to combat boredom

and isolation for our community.

In short, we build the digital infrastructure to muster, train and deploy support

workers and therapists to assist in the eclectic lives of our rapidly growing

community.

We are offering:

- $60k-65k p.a. salary plus super.
- Full time role with 4 weeks of annual leave.

You are/have:

- Honours or Masters in Community Service related studies.
- Cert IV in Community Services
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience
- Charismatic and great at communicating with people from all walks of life
- A quick learner, with the ability to multitask, take initiative and be open to

change
- Confident with computers, both creatively and logically. Able to learn excel,

photoshop and Google your way out of knowledge gaps
- Good with social media and content creation
- Willing to step outside your comfort zone and take on new challenges

The role:

- Engaging with community stakeholders
- Assessing clients' requirements and identifying, creating, and implementing a

tailored support program
- Carefully consulting clients to assess and understand their areas of concern

and the extent of support required
- Oversee the clients progress and reporting it to management and third

parties
- Assisting NDIS participants to connect with internal and external services
- Assisting in the coordination and delivery of support work
- Assisting in the coordination and delivery of therapy
- Assist with the delivery of therapy and community-based activities with the

latest evidence-based approaches
- Researching and presenting emerging evidence-based approaches to support

work and therapy
- Business development
- Assisting management in day-to-day tasks

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
