We are partnering with a Tier 1 mining asset owner who is seeking a talented
**HME Advisor/Supervisor **to join their site-based team on a remote mine in the Pilbara.

Exciting opportunity to provide
**sub-contractor management, HME expertise,** and implementation skills to deliver projects in a safe, effective, and timely manner.

Works would include the supervisor of the rebuilds of the various types of equipment and then implementing, commissioning, and ensuring successful operation.

This is a site-based position, traveling family-friendly
**FIFO roster** engagement of
**8/6 from Perth WA.
**Accountabilities**:

- Provide **appropriate supervision **and work processes to ensure employees comply with OH&S Policies and Management System processes
- Assist Project Leads for quality assurance of project deliverables, verifications and completion of punch lists and rectification works
- Coordinate all works including visits/inspections required on site
- Run and document site weekly meetings from implementation through to handover.
- Ensure that all site HME Project activities comply with and are delivered to company standards and policies
- Review of all levels of risk assessment (L2RA, SWP, Take 5 etc) and issue required permits
- Coach on safe behaviours through daily field leadership
- Identify, monitor, and manage key issues and relationships at all phases of construction.
- Build and maintain collaborative stakeholder and end user engagement on site.

**About You**:

- **Trade **qualification** required
- Strong exposure within the mining, oil & gas, or heavy industrial sectors
- **Proven sub-contractor management experience **with pervious coordination experience of **HME projects being of great benefit**:

- Detailed knowledge and prior experience in **SAP and MS Office suite**

**grow and develop your construction management and leadership skills.**
