The **Sales Manager** effectively leads and manages their team to successfully execute and deliver on the Sales strategy, while ensuring all revenue and trading profit targets are consistently met.

***In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Coach, develop and mentor the team to achieve and exceed all sales KPI’s and ensure all targets (activity, pipeline coverage, win rate etc) are consistently met.
- Drive an engaged culture and team
- Negotiating major deals within policy guidelines, maintaining contact with key clients, and identifying and steering opportunities for business improvement
- Develop and maintain personal relationships with key contacts for the top accounts
- Consistently lead and coach each team member, ensuring PPR and 1;1’s completed, and manage performance as required

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- A proven track record and substantial management experience in account management, and business development, within a multi-tiered sales organisation
- Solid, high-level understanding of sales process in a B2B environment
- Demonstrated experience in delivering targets in a very competitive market
- Strong team leadership and coaching skills and experience in building an engaged team***
