**About the role**

The Manager, Commercial Court Registry and Deputy Registrar is responsible for the successful operation of the Commercial Court Registry (CCR). Reporting to the Director, Registry Services, the person in this role manages an administrative and legal team which provides case management support and high‐level policy and procedural advice to the Commercial Court Judges, the Judicial Registrar (Commercial Court) and the profession.

The position enjoys a significant amount of autonomy and is responsible for:

- Leading, managing and overseeing CCR operations including business planning, staffing, leave management, performance reviews, and resourcing
- Managing relationships and communicating with other areas of the Court including representing the CCR at various meetings
- Leading the CCR team in designing, implementing and evaluating workflow and case management strategies

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate the ability to develop strong working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders: from Judges, judicial staff and other senior management staff through to registry officers. You need to have tertiary qualifications in law and be admitted to practice.
