ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We're looking for a Strategic Projects Lead to join the Governance and Operations team on a 12-month, fixed term contract.
The Strategic Projects Lead will play a pivotal role in assisting with the evaluation of Victoria's screen industry strategy VICSCREEN 2021-25, paving the way for the State's next strategy as well as leading the implementation and delivery of VicScreen's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Strategy's first year action plan.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategy and Performance, the Strategic Projects Lead is responsible for coordinating project teams and managing the delivery of several key strategic projects such as lapsing program evaluations, the DEI Action Plan, stakeholder consultations, and tasks related to new strategy development.
Through your strong communication skills and transparent and highly efficient approach to project delivery, the Strategic Projects Lead will engage effectively across all teams to ensure that projects are delivered effectively, ensure accountability, and contribute to continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
You're an organised and collaborative Project Manager and strategy implementation champion.
You'll also bring;
- Experience: You'll be equipped with experience in project management, strategy development/implementation, stakeholder engagement and performance reporting.
- Governance abilities: You're savvy with the development and maintenance of policies and procedures to ensure good governance and continuous project delivery excellence.
- Stakeholder engagement skills: You have a natural ability to develop and maintain strong partnerships with business and external stakeholders.
