Perth, Australia Distinct Design & Drafting Full time

We are seeking an experienced Draftsperson for full time sub contract work to work remotely from your own office.

The role will require you to:

- compose detailed construction drawings for single and double storey homes
- convert sketches into DA drawings for council submission
- complete pre start variations and amendments

Selection Criteria:

- 3 years experience in a similar job role
- full knowledge and understanding of Archicad is a MUST along with having your own licence
- strong knowledge of the building and residential codes
- high level of knowledge in double brick construction for single and double storey dwellings
- excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

**Job Type**: Contract
