**Our Client**:
Our client is a diverse property fund who have interests across Australia with a large footprint in Western Australia specialising in premium properties including commercial, retail and industrial assets. Managing the investment, construction, strategic leasing and asset management they provide end-to-end property services for their portfolio, joint venture partners and investors.

**The Role**:
Your day as a draftsperson for our client will include but not limited to the below.
- Create comprehensive building license documentation, ensuring accuracy and

compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to understand

project requirements and specifications.
- Utilize AutoCAD software to generate precise and high-quality drawings.
- Assist in maintaining an organized library of drawings and project documentation.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to address design-related issues and changes.
- General Administration duties.

To be successful as a Draftsperson you must meet the below criteria.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and or Diploma of Building Design
- Experience in 3D rendering will be highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Have an understanding of construction and property management functions;
- Possess a Current WA driver's license
