**Our Client**
We are partnered with a well-known NfP organisation which delivers a range of targeted programs supporting the most vulnerable individuals within our community. Based across the Hunter Region of New South Wales and Victoria, they support individuals with Foster Care, Respite and Community Support. Our Disability Services include Accommodation, Respite Care, Clinical Support and much more.

**The Role**
Reporting to the Operations and Recruitment Managers, the purpose of this critical advisory role is to support management to deliver human resources services the organisation. Building and fostering meaningful relationships you will provide advice, support managers and employees at different levels across the business to foster a collaborative culture and
- creating a true community _and
- _be responsible for supporting operational teams in the identification of talent needs and in the delivery of proactive solutions, ensuring current and future resourcing requirements are met.
- Raising and reviewing operational and work-related matters to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Providing HR support with all employee relations, performance management and identifying learning and development needs and opportunities of team members
- Performance management coaching to leaders and advising on continual process improvement and employee engagement
- Contributing to recruitment activity and outcomes through effective planning and implementing different sourcing strategies.
- Support operational teams in the identification of talent needs and in the delivery of proactive solutions, ensuring current and future resourcing requirements are met.

**What we are looking for**:

- An experienced HR Generalist.
- Relevant experience, knowledge and sound understanding of relevant legislations in community services.
- Interpersonal and capacity to develop relationships with colleagues.
- Passionate and demonstrated interest in helping people.
