**Job Summary**:
The Customer Service Assistant will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, addressing inquiries, solving problems, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset, eager to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and navigating our services.
- Provide clear and accurate information about ListedReserve’s offerings and policies.
- Address customer concerns with empathy and work to resolve issues efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:

- Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred but not required.

**Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.

Pay: $64,674.48 per year

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
