**About the role**:
This role sits within Research & Continuous Improvement under the Operational Safety Division at The Victoria Police Academy and operates within a large team of sworn & VPS staff, managed by an Inspector.

Victoria Police is a contemporary and agile workplace and supports flexible working arrangements.

**Your duties will include**:

- Providing general administration support; ordering supplies, data entry, mail etc.
- Monitoring and responding to the PBEA and answering phone enquiries
- Minute taking & dissemination
- Maintaining and managing files and databases
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Secretariat assistance to the Inspector

**As the successful applicant, you will have**:

- Excellent keyboard and data entry skills
- Excellent administrative skills
- Good interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office software suite
- Demonstrable organisational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a team environment and autonomously

**Requirements and relevant information**:

- One (1) x full time, ongoing position available.
- This position is located within Operation Safety Division at the Victoria Police Academy, 1 View Mount Road, Glen Waverley 3150.
