**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and uphold a well-organized, professional classroom environment in accordance with the Wonder Garden Philosophy, consistently updating to meet campus requirements.
- Create and implement teaching materials and activities based on the Wonder Garden Pedagogy, ensuring strict adherence to the Wonder Garden philosophy. Plan and execute the Wonder Garden required curriculum, including creating and delivering educational presentations.
- Keep precise records of each child's academic and developmental milestones, along with continuous observation documentation.
- Facilitate effective communication between the school and parents, maintaining transparency regarding each child’s progress and fostering positive relationships.
- Lead and manage a team of educators, organizing meetings and optimizing team performance.
- Engage in regular communal activities with children, upholding the organization's brand image.
- Support the Campus Principal in organizing marketing and promotional events, including enrollment drives.

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
- Diploma degree or higher in Early Childhood Education.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in preschool/kindergarten early childhood education, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Montessori Certification for ages 0-3 or 3-6 (preferred).
- Strong communication skills, self-motivation, team orientation, and customer-focused approach.
- Proficient in computer usage.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Competitive salary range: AUD 30 - AUD 43 per hour

**Work Hours and Conditions**:

- Full-time position, 38 hours per week.
- May include occasional weekend or evening commitments.

Pay: $30.00 - $43.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 38 per week
