About the role
A vacancy exists in our busy Endoscopy unit at Box Hill Hospital for a permanent part time position
46 hours per fortnight of variable days available for part time
**Department hours are**: Monday to Friday 7:00am to 19:00pm
Shifts will be 0700 -1430/1500 or 1000 -1830 rotating roster
Box Hill Hospital Endoscopy Unit is a new unit with 3 endoscopy rooms and caters about 7500 patients each year.
This position will suit an applicant with outstanding customer service with patient focus.
Computer and interpersonal skills are required with proven clerical experience. The incumbent will have a positive attitude and be able to work under pressure.
The position involves a broad range of administrative duties including admit, transfer and discharge patients as required, reception, telephone enquiries and record management.
It also requires performing data entries, maintenance & compilation of medical records, real time updating of patient information and using endobase system.
