- We are seeking a Workforce Planner, with proven experience in a like for like planning, rostering & workforce management role. _

**What are we looking for**:

- Experience in a similiar role
- Strong capabilities in roster analysis, trend identification and recommending improvement solutions
- High level reporting, communication and team collaboration skills
- Strong administration and co-ordination experience
- High organisational skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
- A love of working in a fast paced, high energy and continually changing environment.
- A professional and vibrant personality with excellent communication skills
- Must hold a current RSA or be willing to obtain one
