**About you**:
To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the high expectations and values of Caroline Chisholm College by:

- Experience and expertise in teaching in one KLA and able to transfer effective learning pedagogies to other KLAs to ensure student learning growth
- Leading the process of developing personalised plans for students with a diversity of needs.
- Organising and leading facilitation of specialist numeracy and literacy intervention programs such as EMU (Extending Mathematical Understanding), R3 and MultiLit.
- Providing professional learning for teaching staff to differentiate instruction for diverse learning needs and make effective learning adjustments.
- Working in partnership with teaching staff to develop quality teaching, learning and assessment to enable access to learning and experience success for all students.
- Modelling adjustments for teachers and providing constructive feedback to staff.
- Working with students in small group and individual support contexts
- Leading the NESA disability provisions processes for students examination and assessment provisions
- Working with CSPD Student Services and Wellbeing team, as well as external agencies to support student learning and wellbeing.
- Ensuring all Commonwealth & State government responsibilities and accountabilities are compliant and successfully met to effectively meet deadlines.
