Circles.Life is Asia's first and most successful digital telco and we are on a mission to re-imagine the mobile experience for the digital consumer and disrupt the multi-trillion dollar industry.

We first launched our services in 2016 and have been rapidly gaining market share while delivering best in class customer experience. We are leading the market in innovation, customer satisfaction and growth.

As a Head of Commercial, your key objectives will be to
- Co-develop long term strategic plans with the in-country and regional teams and develop GTM plans to put strategy in action
- Work alongside the various Head of Departments to experiment and implement creative, unconventional and cost-efficient channels to build and grow our subscriber base
- Work closely with the global team (especially with product and engineering teams) to build viral and growth loops and shape the various Circles.Life products
- Collaborate with the Digital and brand marketing functions for optimal effect
- Adopt efficient tools, systems, and processes to drive sustainable growth, including relevant metrics and KPIs (e.g LTV CAC, EBITDA etc) on the various growth initiatives
- Support the Country Head in maintaining and enhancing the relationship with our MNO Partner and other strategic partners

We Are Looking For Individuals Who:

- Possess Analytical skills: able to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data to draw insightful conclusions from it
- Have 10+ years of total experience, of which 5+ of marketing/ brand building leadership experience either in a FMCG, or an internet/ technology company, working within a fast-paced and competitive environment, ideally one that has experienced rapid growth and expansion
- Have demonstrable ability of ownership, as well as a growth mindset, able to influence and leverage internal resources across various teams to achieve business goals
- Are Results-driven: someone who drives towards top business performance/ pushes to meet or beat goals
- Have proven track record of developing products and services from scratch, ideally "end-to-end" from idea conceptualization to successful execution
- Are Proactive: acts without being told what to do, brings new ideas to the company, and moves quickly and takes a stand without being overly abrasive
