As a Merchandise Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in our team by providing support to our Buyer, Designer, and Product Developer; on the successful buying, design and production of new purchases by accurately entering and maintaining data, managing samples, reporting on category performance and analysis of competitors.

**What does the Merchandise Coordinator do?**:

- Provide administrative support to the Merchandise team.
- This includes describing new styles, management of shoot samples, and product/site edits and updates as required.
- Accurately and thoroughly describe all new products in line with company guidelines within 48 hours of receiving the sample and add the latest products to the appropriate collection.
- Ensure all products have relevant tags on our site and update customer-facing product information.
- Utilising organisational skills to manage and maintain the Fabric Composition Library.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our Merchandise Team, Marketing Team, and Shoot Team to achieve optimal outcomes.
- 1+ years of experience in a similar merchandise role or a similar administrative role is highly desirable.
- Great communication and relationship building skills
- Know and love our brand & product, connecting with our customers.
- A Passion for Fashion is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail.
- MS Office, Google Suite, and Shopify experience are highly desirable.
