It's been a busy yet exciting period for UniLodge. With new opportunities on the horizon, we are on the lookout for a National Leasing Manager to join our team.

In this newly created role, you will manage all sales operations in relation to leasing for the company, this will include leasing operations for our build to rent (BTR) and student accommodation. You will be responsible for delivering projects in line with the strategic goals of the business and on time, on specification and on budget.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Building relationships with key business partners both internally/externally to ensure projects are delivered on time and kept within budget and scope.
- Accountability for the solid financial performance of each project/asset through the achievement of set commercial goals.
- Manage the onboarding and ongoing management of national ancillary service providers.
- Manage agent connections including international bookings with 3rd party agents, confirming booking commitments, periodic reviews booking reconciliations (quarterly and 6th monthly), contract and commission negotiations etc.
- In collaboration with Senior Managers, oversee the leasing sales procedures undertake at BTR and student accommodation properties and ensure best practice is instilled in our teams across the organisation.
- Development of budgets for all projects and managing/reporting on actuals with key business partners in conjunction with the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer (CSMO) & Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
- Managing change processes including the implementation of training across all new systems and manage procedures in relation to leasing & services across Australia & New Zealand properties in BTR and student accommodation.

**WHO YOU ARE**

To be successful you will:

- Have relevant property management experience in one of the property sectors, preferably in a senior management role.
- Possess extensive knowledge of all QLD QCAT & REIQ Real Estate operations & legislation as well as knowledge of all Australian States real estate frameworks & legislation (NSW, VIC, SA & WA)
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Privacy Laws
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and be adaptable at exhibiting strategic intent to deliver projects in line with strategic goals of the business.
- It’s important that you’re a strong communicator with a natural ability to build rapport and foster long term relationships.
- Extensive knowledge using property management system StarRez, real estate platforms such as REA and Domain, TICA and Equifax databases.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a commitment to customer service excellence.

- QLD State Real Estate Licence
