**The Opportunity**:

If so, we want YOU to be a part of our team at Centurion Transport, Adelaide Reporting to the National Logistics Services Manager, you will be responsible for Customer service and coordination of our freight tracking processes. You will work collaboratively within the team to assist in the location and preparation of freight in accordance with customer requirements to ensure delivery in a timely manner.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Follow all service requests through to completion, communicating the customers’ requirements to all relevant internal stakeholders and communicate all exceptions to the customer
- Liaise with third party transport providers and operations regarding coordination of freight requirements
- Investigate, follow up and close non-conformance reports (NCR) in accordance with agreed procedure and timeline
- Liaise with operations team to ensure all ‘must travel’ freight is actioned

**Skills & Experience**
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
