Are you someone who is highly passionate about the hospitality industry and strives to offer exceptional customer service? Our Host, Hunt Hospitality are offering two fantastic opportunities at their prestigious location, The Kent Hotel, located in Hamilton NSW.

As a Chef Apprentice or Hospitality Trainee at The Kent Hotel, you'll learn from experienced professionals and work towards achieving a **Certificate III in Commercial Cookery** or **Certificate III in Hospitality**. These opportunities will see you working across areas such as bar, gaming, bistro, and commercial kitchen environments at The Imperial in Maitland, NSW.

**Daily Tasks Include**:

- As an apprentice, you'll assist the Chef with various food preparation tasks, follow recipes and guidelines, maintain a clean workspace, and actively learn kitchen operations.
- As a Hospitality Trainee your duties will include taking customers’ orders, maintaining cleanliness in food and beverage areas, supporting kitchen staff, and using the POS system for transactions. Your main goal is to provide excellent customer service and ensure guests have an enjoyable experience. Whilst adhering to health and safety standards.
