You will complete a Certificate IV in Hospitality alongside onsite training reflecting current coursework.

**Duties will include**:

- Customer service
- Food preparation and food safety
- Hygienic practices
- Food & Beverage Service
- Take and record phone bookings
- Maintain cleanliness of bar and bistro
- Preparing tables before service
- Some barista training
- Actively observe, learn and practice Hospitality Industry standards as per requirements of traineeship

To be eligible for an apprenticeship or traineeship you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have full working rights.
