**Your opportunity**

As a Casual Concierge Attendant at **Westfield Bondi**, your focus is to ensure our customers enjoy a positive and memorable experience whilst visiting our Living Centres.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with customers and retailers to improve service standards and deliver a seamless and exceptional customer experience
- Promoting and selling Westfield Gift Cards and other services, providing convenient solutions to customers.
- Greet guests at the concierge desk - engaging with them to understand their needs; providing directional information and advice to customers and suggest alternatives where required
- Support the Brand Experience team and undertake additional tasks where required

**What will set you apart from the rest?**:

- Previous work experience in a customer facing role in a fast paced environment, ideally in hospitality and guest services
- Willing to go above and beyond for our customer’s, making a difference to their Westfield Experience
- Be present in the moment, well presented, confident & self-motivated with exceptional people skills
- Exuding positive energy, a can-do attitude and the ability to work in a busy, fast paced environment
- Being empowered to rectify and resolve customer issues that may arise while on shift.
- Confident in providing assistance, directions and information to customers in a busy retail environment
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating (Monday-Sunday) including Public Holidays is essential for this role.
