Are you the person to take the lead on the development of some L&D documentation for a large FMCG?
Have you ever looked at training documentation and wondered how the reader can possibly get through it without falling asleep? You’ve probably got a creative eye and can write in engaging ways. You’ve probably got a way with words that keeps a reader engaged.
- 12 month day rate contract.

**About the role**
You’ll have the chance to flex your creative and copywriting muscles here, working with the group’s internal teams and SME’s for the space. You’ll partner with a range of stakeholders so that you have the opportunity to obtain an in depth understanding of the training and documentation needs of the business.
From there you’ll work on creating awesome documentation which engages your audience easily, and keeps them captivated through their learning journey.
Like any Technical Writing role, this isn’t just fancy images and clever words. You’ll also have to pick up a few other artifacts including check lists, prompt cards, pocket guides and tutorials, but, you can slap your creative style on those too.
**So, who are you?**
- You have more than 3 years of experience writing technical documentation, ideally linked to learning and development.
- You’re a confident communicator who can talk easily with all types of people from senior leaders to factory workers.
