We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our Cafe team at WynActive.

WynActive runs 3 facilities within the Wyndham area Aquapulse, Eagle Stadium and Werribee Outdoor Pool. We are leaders in the leisure facility and service management in the Western Suburbs.

This is a casual position with the main working hours scheduled between Monday to Friday during the day. Weekends will also be required. The flexibility of the position allows for work-life balance.

Reporting directly to the Cafe Coordinator, this is an excellent opportunity to work in a fun and busy café environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage in delightful conversations with our fabulous customers - your smile is your secret weapon
- Spread good vibes while whipping up delicious bites to fuel our patrons' day
- Keep the café looking snazzy - because cleanliness is next to deliciousness
- Provide outstanding customer service to our valued customers
- Prepare both hot and cold beverages - barista / coffee training is preferred but not essential
- Basic food preparation, cooking, and food display
- Monitor and replenish stock
- Advocate healthy eating
- Operate cash register, EFTPOS terminal, and process payments from customers
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and all requirements of the Safe Food Handling Certificate

- Vibrant and friendly personality
- Barista / Coffee training preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Well presented with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous café, hospitality and customer service experience preferred
- Cash handling experience
- Food Handling Certificate - Level 1 (or willingness to obtain at your own expense)
- Clearance from a Working with Children Check and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
