**Your day to day will include**:

- Being the first point of contact taking inbound calls from customers, suppliers and their dealer network regarding orders, service request and spare parts
- Processing dealer orders into SAP
- keeping customers informed on back orders and delays
- Raising quotes for parts and smaller machines in SAP and working with Excel Spreadsheets
- Working with other departments within the business providing administrative support
- Upkeep of the general office duties making sure documentation is correctly entered into the system

**What we are looking for**:

- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Someone who is highly organised and has strong attention to detail
- Experience with SAP (HubSpot is a huge bonus)
- Someone with the drive and initiative to go above and beyond for the team and customers
