**The Role**

Derrimut 24:7 Gym is currently seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working and motivated team leader to lead and manage our upcoming Derrimut Nutrition Bar team at our **Braybrook **location

With a passion for providing outstanding customer service by helping members through their health and nutrition journeys, the team leader is to provide leadership and daily direction to the nutrition bar teams and oversee all operations of the Derrimut Nutrition Bar.

**The key responsibilities are (but not limited to) the following**:

- Supervise staff and ensure that all problems are solved, with the customer’s interests being your first concern
- Staff oversight and assistance, including recruitment, rostering, and performance
- To work as part of a team in achieving team targets and reviewing on a regular basis
- Creating, and preparing juices, smoothies and other various items with in the nutrition bar
- Ensure a fresh and appealing display by keeping cases, shelves, and displays clean and well-stocked, while continuously checking and ensuring the freshness and quality of products
- Operate equipment and serve products in the juice bar area, including preparing juices and smoothies

- Well presented, professional and enthusiastically customer focused
- Quick learner, especially with new systems
- Motivated, organised and results driven
- Experience in building and managing client relationships
- High sense of integrity and honesty
- A team player who is able to lead and manage staff and personal trainers

**To be eligible for this position you must have**:

- At least 2 years of hospitality experience (required)
- At least 1 year of management experience
- Customer service experience & strong administration skills
- Holds a current Level 2 First Aid, CPR and Police check
- Food handling experience and qualification (preferred)
