This permanent onsite position is available for an experienced Payroll Officer offering 5 full days (Monday to Friday), also considering someone that is seeking 4 full days onsite

You will enjoy the variety of this busy and varied position, autonomously (once trained), as part of a supportive and friendly Payroll team;
- Processing fortnightly payroll fortnightly for approx. 180 staff (salary & wages)
- Uploading & exporting timesheets (‘Timberline’)
- Ensuring timesheet information is recorded correctly (SAGE 300)
- Reconciling & preparing superannuation statements
- Responding to payroll queries
- Recording and processing details including salary packaging information, novated leases etc
- Capturing information for new employees, changes to employee employment conditions etc
- Processing of PAYG, lodgement of Payroll tax and Annual Payroll reconciliation
- Generating reports including job hours, superannuation, exemptions etc (Reporting responsibilities approx. 1 day per week)
- Liaising with the Operations team and external system service providers and more

To be successful in this role, you will bring;
- Previous payroll experience
- Strong reporting experience
- Related industry exposure is an advantage though not essential
- Experience with SAGE 300 &/ or ‘Real Estate’ (ex Timberline) is a distinct advantage
- Understanding of novated leases salary packaging
- Intermediate Excel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
