Night Caretaker

This position allows you to utilize your exceptional customer service skills. You will be responsible for managing caretaking responsibilities throughout the Hotel from 10pm - 6am, for a minimum of 15 hours per week on a rotating roster.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Providing efficient and professional service, ensuring a smooth check in for guests
- Facilitating late arrivals for check in
- Responding and managing emergencies in the building that occur after standard hours
- Responding to noise complaints
- Completing the after-hours call-out log book for all call-outs
- Work in a team environment and pass on all relevant information to the oncoming shift to ensure all matters are dealt with in a professional manner
- General public area cleaning will be required (including vacuuming conference rooms and cleaning toilets).

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience within a Front Office/ Customer Focused position within a Hotel environment
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Excellent problem solving skills
- A high level of self-motivation and confidence
- Professional presentation
- Availability to work 10.00pm - 6.00am on a rotating roster for a minimum of 15 hours per week (including weekends and public holidays).
