Graduate Customer Service Representative

Not to mention, they are well-respected in 45 countries and provide employment to 165 people worldwide. From humble beginnings, they were established over 60 years ago in a small factory located Southeast Melbourne. Currently, Southeast Melbourne still sands as their head office today.

Due to continuous domination within their niche, they are looking for a driven Graduate / Junior Customer Service Representative to elevate the customer service department.

As a Customer Service representative, you be trained and mentored to achieve a high standard of domestic customer capabilities.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Processing domestic sales orders
- Provide a high standard of customer service to clientele
- Liaising with internal departments including sales, warehouse, production and logistics in regard to tracking orders and ensuring orders are fulfilled on time
- Working to best practice OHS standards
- Supporting the business with ad-hoc tasks

**About you**:

- Personal interest in Sailing is highly advantageous
- Bachelors in Supply Chain & Logistics, Business (or similar)
- Positive attitude towards learning, growing and taking on new challenges
- Effective interpersonal, presentation and general communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills including Word & Excel
