**About You**:
We are on the lookout for superstar Professional Services Consultants, preferrable Melbourne based, that pride themselves on supporting clients to help them achieve their own business goals. You get a buzz seeing your clients succeed Working at The Access Group (FastTrack) you will provide consulting services to our new & loyal clients on best practice solutions for their business requirements to achieve sustainable improvements and optimal performance. You will work across a variety of projects, across a variety of locations, so you must enjoy stepping outside your comfort zone. This is a face paced role with many changing priorities.

**Your Day-To Day**:

- Engagement with clients in supporting and advising on best practice solutions using predominately our FastTrack360 Cloud Platform - Time Pay and Bill.
- Training and education of new and existing clients.
- Utilise and draw on your extensive payroll, billing and/or recruitment knowledge you will be responsible for gaining an understanding of the customer’s business needs and identify best practice solutions.
- Assisting clients with business process analysis and re/modelling.
- Contribute to the Professional Services team by sharing knowledge amongst your peers.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Ideally, we would like to see a degree level education, but will consider A-level leavers with strong software experience or qualifications.
- Experience working on multiple projects often at the same time, with evidence of being able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Business Consulting within the IT Software sector
- Australian payroll industry knowledge and experience, preferably in the Recruitment industry
- Desirable to have knowledge of New Zealand payroll requirements.
- The ability to build strong relationships with clients and to understand their unique and relevant business challenges.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Change management skills and the ability to challenge and influence clients when needed.
- An ability to ‘think outside the box’
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to deliver consulting services to a diverse target audience
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure and across multiple clients & projects
- The ability to plan and develop initiatives to ensure continuous improvement
- The ability to travel Nationally and Internationally as required
- Excellent team work
