Our client is a locally owned business providing IT & Business Equipment support, 3CX installation & support and Cloud Services to their wide range of SME clients located in South Australia. They are a Microsoft, HP and 3CX Partner providing complete IT and Telephony services to small businesses.

They are looking to hire a motivated and enthusiastic Technician to join their team of IT service professionals.

**Duties**
- Installation and configuration of 3CX phone systems
- Resolving customer hardware, network and software related issues
- First level customer telephone and onsite support
- Documentation and reporting
- Remote fault investigation and Preventative Maintenance
- Customer needs analysis and provisioning
- Configuration, repairs and cleaning of systems and components

**Requirements**:

- 1 + years' IT / Helpdesk / 3CX support experience
- Good working knowledge of networks, PCs, software and operating systems
- Good network and software diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of VOIP systems beneficial
- Current Driver’s License
- Clear verbal communication and effective listening skills
- Strong customer relationship skills with an understanding and friendly approach to customers’ requirements
- Good track record of reliability
- Team Player
- Professional personal presentation
- The ability to work independently
- Someone who is keen to learn
