**Job Summary**: ConocoPhillips Australia is expanding its HR Organisation and we’re looking for an exceptional Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland.
** Job Description**:

ConocoPhillips’ Australian headquarters are located in Brisbane. Our focus is supplying Australian customers with natural gas and international customers with liquefied natural gas. We do this through our 47.5 percent interest in the Australia Pacific LNG joint venture, one of the largest producers of natural gas in eastern Australia. ConocoPhillips Australia also operates the Australia Pacific LNG liquefied natural gas facility near Gladstone. We are also an exploration company, with ongoing exploration occurring in the Bowen and Surat Basin and new exploration in the Otway Basin to identify natural gas reserves for supply to Australian customers.

Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the primary purpose of the Human Resources Coordinator position is to provide administrative and technical systems support across the various functions of the Human Resources Organisation for ConocoPhillips Australia. The Human Resources Coordinator will work in close collaboration with the Human Resources Business Partner, making valuable contributions to HR best practices, while participating in HR projects and managing the Human Resources Information System.

**We expect this role to be busy, interesting and fulfilling, covering a myriad of duties**:

- Provide administrative and technical systems support to HR Leaders, HR Business Partner and broader members of the Human Resources Organisation
- Manage the Human Resources Information System
- Report and data preparation, including analysing data and supporting preparations for annual people discussions
- Serve as the Documents Record Coordinator
- Creation and ongoing management of purchase requisitions, including processing invoices and expense reports for the team
- Participate in HR special projects as required, including testing new technologies
- General administrative support as required, including meeting management, catering and travel

- Strong proficiency in the management of a Human Resources Information System
