**Position Title**: SHE Advisor - Exciting Opportunity

**Position Purpose**:
Join an exhilarating role as a SHE Advisor where you'll play a pivotal role in driving HSE initiatives and incident response at our dynamic Laverton, VIC distribution centre.

You'll be at the forefront of ensuring compliance with our cutting-edge HSE Management System, Strategy, and legal requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Leadership & Planning**: Embark on a thrilling journey by assisting Warehouse Managers in implementing innovative strategies, developing state-of-the-art SHE compliance frameworks, and coaching supervisors in Safety and Environmental management;
**Proactive Risk Management**: Dive into the action as you review site risk hazards, devise daring risk reduction plans, and champion hazard reporting and change management;
**Communication & Engagement**: Be part of an engaging environment where you'll promote early incident reporting, maintain dynamic notice boards, actively participate in SHE & Injury Management meetings, and provide electrifying training sessions. and

**Performance Management**: Keep the excitement alive as you ensure timely protect entries, maintain a treasure trove of SHE documentation, monitor site indicators, conduct exhilarating audits, and share valuable SHE information.

**Knowledge / Qualifications**:
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Health & Safety;
**ICAM Investigation**: Equip yourself with the skills needed for high-stakes challenges.

**Understanding of a warehouse/retail environment**: Navigate the unique terrain with confidence;
Strong organisational & time management skills;
Problem-solving & decision-making skills;
Good communication skills; and

**Technical Knowledge**: Master Microsoft Office Suite, and if you're up for an even more exciting ride, possess a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (desirable).
