As an Advertising & Promotions Manager you will be responsible for the construction, administration, communication/customer liaison, promotional activity builds for the Thirsty Camel banner in Central Region across (SA/NT)
You will lead a team of 2 direct reports and provide coaching and ongoing development plans to ensure a strong team culture is developed and results are delivered and executed within the agreed timeframes.

**What you’ll do**
- Development and construction of retail promotions and programs for Thirsty Camel in SA and NT. Building of promotional briefs and quarterly growth packs in line with IBA timelines and commitments
- Develop and construct the promotional program and delivering the promotional program to the Advertising Coordinator to deliver the advertising and marketing program.
- Present at quarterly member meetings and Committee meetings.
- Meeting the promotional deadlines and ensuring accurate information is produced within the agreed timelines.
- Engage with supplier partners to ensure timely submission of relevant information pertaining to the Thirsty Camel programs including driving premium product submissions into Top Drop and Lock Down. Managing terms payments and adhoc discretionary funding.
- Manage the timely delivery and communication of retail programs through to the Advertising Co-ordinator, State Operations team and the retail network.
- Working with suppliers and stock control weekly to maximise promotional outputs and stockholdings in ALM.

**What you’ll bring**
- Previous experience in a similar role and FMCG retail enviroment
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as autonomously.
- Demonstrated ability to lead or coach people.
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised with an ability to prioritise & manage workloads to achieve deadlines.
- High level of attention to detail
- Must be able to work in a fast paced and exciting environment.
- Intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint programs
