Reporting to the Head of Data and Automation, you will provide integration services to the Institute using technology such as PowerApps, Salesforce, Ortto, D365, Confluence, Zapier, and python to support researchers and the fund-raising team. While there is a variety of technology in use, your ability to work with our internal customers is essential. We are looking for someone who is tenacious and curious to identify requirements before establishing the “best” technology or solution to meet our customers’ needs

**As our Integration Specialist your purpose will be to**:

- Be a key enabler of change by providing an agile, responsive, and support service to “client teams” in the delivery of integration projects.
- Communicate with impact. Feel confident and clear in interpreting the vision and priorities with their client teams.
- Act as the technology SME and share your knowledge and experience of systems and tools with the wider business to ensure the solutions delivered are fit for purpose and enables best practices.
- Be passionate about data and business analytics and share your enthusiasm with the team to ensure our success.

**To succeed you will have**
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant Science or Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3 years work experience in technical project delivery environment.
- Proven experience in PowerApps and one or more of Salesforce, Ortto, D365, Confluence, Zapier, and/or Python.
- The ability to analyse system requirements and identify risks and consequent flow on impact.
- Awareness of the critical role that data governance plays in a research institution.
- Ability to utilise your superior analytical, communication and technical documentation skills.
- Experience working effectively under pressure and prioritising activities
