As Duty Manager, you’re pitch perfect when it comes to understanding and exceeding guest expectations - whether staging a TED Talk, leading the search party for a lost teddy or welcoming VIPs. More about the role
- Leadership of all team members and management of operations in the absence of Heads Of Departments
- Ensure guest feedback is recorded accurately and action any service recovery process in a prompt and efficient manner
- Assist reservations team in ensuring hotel specific SOP's are adhered
- Ensure all accounting practices and processes are achieved per hotel specific SOP's
- Work closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance and F&B Managers to deliver brand standard rooms, products and services
- Actively contribute towards reaching agreed hotel targets and objectives
