Receptionist - Allied Health Clinic/gym

Healthfix, a family-run health clinic and gym located in North Sydney, is seeking a highly motivated and professional Receptionist to join our team. This is a permanent part-time role for approximately 20-30 hours per week with opportunities for growth and job security.

As a Receptionist at Healthfix, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients, supporting our professional services team and completing administration tasks with a high level of accuracy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients to support their treatment goals
- Provide support to our professional services team including physiotherapists, dietitians, exercise physiologists, personal trainers, and wellness coaches
- Complete administration tasks such as appointment bookings and billing while following business policies and procedures
- Maintain a positive, personable, and professional demeanor in all interactions

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and confidence to relate to a diverse range of people
- Ability to work in a team environment and support multiple team members
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work in a busy environment
- Ability to work unsupervised and self-manage tasks in a productive and diligent manner
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, accurate typing, and grammar
- Previous experience in healthcare administration (preferably physiotherapy) and knowledge of Cliniko software is highly regarded
- Availability to work from Monday to Friday between 6.30 am to 8 pm and Saturdays from 8 am to 2 pm
