**About this role**:
This top-tier design studio are looking for an experienced ArchiCAD user to join their BIM team. You would ideally have BIM experience and/or exceptional skills in ArchiCAD and a willingness to provide support to the architectural team through project production.

Contract start with an opportunity to roll into a permanent role

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide guidance and support to the team
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in ArchiCAD and BIM to ensure content remains current and relevant
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for improving BIM workflows and processes
- Support project documentation and collaborate with senior team members to understand project deliverables
- Some documentation involvement

**Skills and experience**
- Completed qualifications in Architecture or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience as an ArchiCAD user: in-depth knowledge of ArchiCAD software, including advanced features and functionalities
- Strong technical documentation skills including detailing
- Previous experience working on local high quality projects in Residential and Commercial
- Excellent training and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple training sessions and projects simultaneously
