**The Team**

These 3 roles sits within the Line 1 Risk Centre of Excellence (COE) team supporting the CommSec Product and Digital, Data & Delivery functions. Product is the central design and manufacturing team for CommSec, responsible for providing value to our customers; through ensuring our products and services are suitable, fair and transparent. We strive to ensure consistency, security and reliability of service, as well as making our processes easy for Customers to invest with us. Our Digital, Data & Delivery teams are also leading the way in making our digital share trading proposition world class and delivering on our commitment to our customers and employees of being a simpler and better bank.

**What a day in your role will look like?**

Superior risk management, and optimised customer experiences are foundational components of the CommSec strategy.

You will be empowered to make a difference at all levels the CommSec business. You’ll be challenged with new problems that require new solutions in a role that allows access to Senior Leadership, all aspects of our business and a variety of project types. We work in an outcomes driven environment, where the emphasis is on your results and achievements.

You will also be expected to:

- Support the design, testing and assurance programs associated with product and/or digital delivery controls in a heavily regulated sector.
- Conduct assurance over key controls of the business to ensure design and operating effectiveness.
- Assist and guide business stakeholders in identifying, investigating and remediating the root causes of incidents and issues.
- Undertake and/or lead risk in change assessments for key business projects and initiatives being rolled out within CommSec and the broader CBA Group.
- Provide ongoing guidance and risk support to ensure sustainable compliance with relevant regulatory obligations, policies and frameworks throughout the product lifecycle - design, pricing, distribution and monitoring
- Work with the business to manage ongoing changes to product policy, processes and controls.
- Enhance risk culture and awareness through strong challenge and collaboration.

**What would be desirable for you to succeed in this role?**
- Experience in financial services industry with understanding of regulatory landscape and awareness of operational risk management framework and principles.
- Detailed understanding of relevant stockbroking products, business process and financial risk management desirable.
- Ability to influence and build strong networks and collaborate with diverse teams and key stakeholders
- Ability to operate in a collaborative manner with business partners whilst maintaining independence
