This boutique property management agency located in the heart of the northern suburbs of Adelaide takes every opportunity to excel in providing excellent customer service to all their landlords and tenants. Being a team of 8 professionals, this team stand by their values of communication, respect and accountability which make them leaders in their field.
**About the Role**
Joining this team in this newly created portfolio, you will take charge of managing approximately 110 properties. You will use your exceptional communication and organisational skills to ensure the property portfolio is achieving optimal performance and your client's satisfaction is being met.
**Duties**
As a valued member of this team, you will play a pivotal role with your dedication and expertise to ensure their properties operate seamlessly and their clients receive unparalleled service. Responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of approximately 110 properties
- Advertising, conducting open inspections and tenant selection
- Lease preparation and bond lodgments
- In/outgoing inspections
- Maintenance
- Handling arrears
- Organising insurance
- Facilitating tribunal hearings
