**About the Company**

This boutique agency is lead by highly respected industry specialists and located in the inner western suburbs of Adelaide. This client are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of service, ensuring clients' investments are well-managed and their expectations exceeded.

**About the Role**

Our client’s agency is seeking a talented individual to take over the department manager's neat and well managed portfolio of approximately 140 properties in the inner western suburbs. You will work out of new modern, high end office and be surrounded by a supportive and innovative environment.

**Duties**

As their new property manager you will take pride in delivering exceptional property management service to your clients. The fundamental responsibilities of this role include:

- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, addressing their needs promptly, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Maintenance and ensuring all properties are well maintained and in compliance with regulations.
- Arrange and conduct open for inspections.
- Leasing and administration support
- Open for inspections and private appointments
- Managing authorities and lease documentation

**Skills & Experience**

To be the successful property manager of this portfolio, you need the following combination of skills, experience, and qualifications:

- Demonstrated experience in property management with 3 plus years experience in a property management role
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- A current property management certificate of registration
- Professionally presented
