**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the General Manager - Digital, Marketing & Technology, you will be responsible for managing our website, implementing paid advertising strategies, and optimising our search engine rankings. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our digital presence aligns with our marketing objectives and enhances the user experience. The role will involve working closely with our agency partner and becoming an expert in Hubspot CMS.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the company's website, including design, content creation, and optimisation for user experience and search engines.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and implement website updates and improvements.
- Implement paid advertising strategies across various digital channels, monitoring budget and campaign performance.
- Develop ad creative and copy aligned with marketing strategies and branding.
- Develop and execute search engine optimisation strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page optimisation, and link building activities.
- Monitor website analytics, campaign data, and search engine rankings to make data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure website compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date on web design and development trends, paid advertising best practices, and SEO algorithms.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or similar field (advantageous).
- Experience in managing websites, including updates and optimisation.
- Ownership of a paid media budget across search or social channels.
- Understanding of core SEO principles.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role within digital marketing.
- Working knowledge of Hubspot CMS and CRM.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics tools.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS).
- Familiarity with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and ability to analyse data.
- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Knowledge of keyword research and analysis tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
