Due to an internal move, we have a wonderful opportunity for an individual to gain valuable experience in our dynamic and rapidly growing business. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this role will see you interacting with, and providing superior customer service to leaders within the APAC beverage industry.

**Tasks & responsibilities**

Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, you will be required to:

- Maintain customer accounts by recording account information;
- Manage sales contract drawdowns preferably within the contract period as well as future forecasts;
- Maintain shipping schedules;
- Build sustainable relationships of trust with customers;
- Provide knowledge and answers around product, pricing and availability, including shipping inquiries and orders status;
- Ensure that processes for export documentation are adhered to;
- Support continuous improvement around systems and processes to drive efficiency and high-level customer satisfaction.

**About you**

**Qualifications & experience**

Suited to someone who enjoys a rapid pace and liaising with stakeholders, you will likely have experience in shipping and exports, preferably bulk vessels. Working perhaps in the grain, food manufacturing, bulk logistics and/or export management sectors, you will be an empathetic and customer focused professional who is able to demonstrate:

- A record of success in customer service or commercial sales;
- Strong team orientation;
- MS Excel skills;
- SAP skills and knowledge;
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
