**The Role**:
My client is seeking an experienced **Facilities Manager within the Retail Operations space. **The role seeks an individual to who comes from a strong trades or technical background and will be required to oversee a Retail site on behalf of one of Australia's leading real estate organisations working in conjunction with the Client's own on-site operations team.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing all Facilities Management **(both hard and soft services)**:

- Walk around the site, engaging with team leaders proactively whilst checking status, providing updates, and following up with all requirements
- Coordinate and manage all trades, contractors and service technicians for maintenance and raised work requests.
- Establishing all contractors are being compliant, through completing site inductions whilst ensuring policies and procedures are being followed.
- Coordinate general maintenance, raising PO/Invoice requests, repairs
- Vendor management and supervision, through conducting contractor site inductions and site inspections.
- planning, asset management, WHS, project management and continuous improvement.
- Handling requests, queries, and escalations from on-site operations staff at the DCs
- Find proactive solutions to any identified issues and escalations whilst onsite.

**Requirements**:

- FM / Operations experience **(Highly Desirable)**:

- Background in Retail Facilities Management **(Highly Desirable)**:

- Strong multiple stakeholders, contractor management skills and customer service **(Highly Desirable)**

**Extra Details**:

- **Pay range**: between **$45 P/H** and **$55** **P/H**:

- **Location**: Pialligo, ACT, 2609
- **1-2-month Assignment** (with strong possibility of extension)
- Immediate Start
- Standard Working Hours **Monday to Friday** from **8am-4:30pm**
