Working as part of the Aqua Jetty team, you will provide administrative support to the Senior Coordinator Leisure Facilities, assisting with correspondence, purchasing, recordkeeping, meeting minutes and marketing and promotions. You will possess exceptional customer service skills, and have the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

In addition to your experience in administration, you have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office. You will need to be able to manage various priorities at the same time. You possess well developed interpersonal skills and pride yourself on your teamwork, professionalism and eye for detail.
- Relevant experience in a general administration and/or customer service role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, with high attention to detail, particularly with numerical data
- Experience with marketing and promotion through social media, (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube etc)
- Experience in maintaining accurate documentation in electronic records management systems
- Ability to provide a current National Police Clearance

**We are offering a gross salary of $68,168 per annum**, as well as:

- 11% superannuation with the opportunity to co-contribute up to 5%
