Membership Supervisor

Working as part of the Aqua Jetty Services team, you will support the Senior Coordinator Leisure Facilities by ensuring membership sales targets are achieved to meet financial requirements of the Aqua Jetty.

To be successful, you must possess well developed marketing and sales skills, time management and budgetary skills. You have previous experience in an aquatic facility, or similar, which involved you being tasked with supervising others and ensuring efficient team and front of house operations.

In addition to strong interpersonal skills, you also possess the following:

- Experience in managing sales and marketing team in a leisure facility environment
- Sound IT skills with experience working the Microsoft Officer suite and Facility Management Software (managing memberships and direct debits)
- Working knowledge of budget preparation and working with sales targets
- Experience high level customer services and conflict resolution
- Current Provide First Aid Certificate with up to date CPR

**We are offering a gross salary of $74,999 per annum**, as well as:

- 11% superannuation with the opportunity to co-contribute up to 5%
