Located in the Hills District Sydney we're an established, busy skin clinic of 23 years. We have a long standing loyal clientele that is in need of a powerhouse customer service and sales expert to nurture them through our exceptional customer journey alongside our skin therapists.

**What's Expected**:
Our Clinic coordinator is one of the most important roles within our business as you’re the first person that our wonderful clients meet. You must possess a warm and helpful energy, always have a can do attitude, constantly thinking one step ahead of our clients and therapists needs.
You will be responsible for treatment bookings, running the reception and waiting lounge, closing sales as well as educating on new services and products, administration and social media content.
The clinic coordinator role supports the salon therapists and owner in daily and weekly tasks. A must is great attention to detail, love of keeping all areas of the salon clean and hygienic, thinking outside the square, solution focused and skilled in all administrative duties.
Our clinic coordinator role plays an important role in our exceptional customer journey and team support network.
**Some of the key responsibilities are**:
- Reception/admin customer service experience is essential
- Strong interest in the beauty industry and desire to learn
- Retail sales skills and worked with KPI’s
- Excellent time management skills
- A calm, professional and can-do attitude
- Strong communication skills and a warm personality
- Solid computer literacy skills with Microsoft Word/Excel and Outlook
- Available to work Saturdays and some evenings
- Excellent process-oriented organisational skills
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- A demonstrated ability to manage a range of tasks and effectively prioritise competing demands
- Assisting and supporting the team
- Must be well presented and well spoken
- Reliability and punctuality is a must
- A caring a nurturing nature is important
